Luxury advertising is the ultimate superficial category, pretty things, and pretty people. For luxury appliances it’s no different. Every brand says the same thing. To break through in this crowded, superficial category, we needed to add substance. So we created the Fine Dining Redefined content series featuring prominent Canadian-based chefs. The series was widely watched by it’s very niche target.

Each episode illustrated how the world of fine dining is evolving. Cultures around the world are bringing new dishes and traditions to the table. With help from the Jenn-Air® suite of appliances, host and Culinary Director of Buca,  Rob Gentile, teamed up with distinguished guest chefs to guide Canadians through some of the lesser-known fine dining cultures of Mexico, Japan and Thailand. Guest chefs included:
